News – How Newswatchdogs Create a Disorder
We are bombarded with the latest news almost every day, and it is hard to keep up with the day by day news in order to give you a perspective on the world. The media has created an atmosphere where we are inundated by news almost every day. Many journalists every day create this chaos, and then the news is neatly packaged, and distributed to the public, the same day on television, radio or even online. So when news of a disaster hits the area, news stations all over the country are quick to declare it a huge event, and many news stories get filed with little or no reference to the facts. For example, a large tornado passed through Oklahoma a while ago and many local TV stations immediately declared it a tornado outbreak and ran the story throughout the day, and it caused quite a stir. Later it was revealed that there was nothing wrong at all with the weather station, they were actually covering the tornado for a paid surveyor company, and they were not taking advantage of the situation but helping the local residents.
Newscasters often report breaking news stories, but some have the tendency to report stories that are not true because they believe that they have inside information. This happens every day. Most of the time, when news breaks, there will be many people who turn out to the scene to find out what happened. Sometimes these people will be so upset that they will go home with false news reports. But often the news is false and the news agency reporting the news was taking advantage of the situation. It is unfortunate that there are so many news agencies that take advantage of the fact that people are out in the streets on a daily basis looking for news. We should be careful in our choice of news sources.
Some of us feel the need to go to local news stations and listen to a news broadcast, rather than being able to watch the news online on the internet. People in the local news stations to listen to a live report and they can also report on the weather, traffic and other news. But this type of news can lead to the people being less informed. If we want to stay up to date with the news, we need to go online, and check the latest news. This way, we can see the latest in our favorite areas. We can find out exactly how the tornado happened and how the communities are doing, and how the media is handling the situation.
